GROUND TRANSPORTATION UNLEASHED PET'S WELCOME

The ground transportation service applicable when traveling with pets is only in private transportation. In the event that a shared transfer is included in your reservation, the passenger must contact the On Tour offices 48 hours in advance to find out the special rates and apply for a private transport.
Acceptance conditions

• Cats and dogs are allowed as pets in vehicles

• The maximum number of pets per vehicle is 2 and must not exceed the maximum capacity of 7 passengers per vehicle.

• The maximum weight allowed for pets is 22 Kg/ 50 pounds. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old.

• Pets must be in perfect health and hygiene and must not be under veterinary treatment.

• Females with lactating calves and unweaned animals will not be accepted.

Baggage allowance per pet
The pet is allowed a baggage of no more than 9 kilograms and a carrier with the following dimensions:

• Width x Length x Height: 60x40x39 centimeters.

• Carriers that exceed the specified dimensions will be considered as excess baggage and will have a cost additional $20 USD which will be charged to the room.

Obligations
When boarding the vehicle, the pet must be in its carrier at all times. It is forbidden for it to be outside the carrier, in case of non-compliance with the regulations, it will be a fine of $50 USD for cleaning the vehicle.
Any damage or injury caused by the pet to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the owner who has the obligation to cover the expenses or repair the resulting damages.

• It is the passenger's responsibility to cover the cleaning costs of the vehicles in case the pet fulfills its needs within the transportation.

• The consumption of food and hydration of the pet is restricted inside the vehicles.
