The speed ladder is a great exercise to improve overall agility, speed, coordination, and balance.
- If you don't have a ladder, you can use cones or any other object to simulate a ladder
- Stay light and quick on your toes, keep knees bent, stay balanced in an athletic position.
- Coordinate arm and foot movements, the faster you move your arms, the quicker your feet will move through the ladder.
- Go slow at first to understand the pattern/technique, then gradually increase foot speed.
