Christian Yost is the director of the vocal department at Hastings High and loves to eat ice cream with his wife, Shelby. Mr. Yost, in his off time, designs and produces for broadway shows and other touring productions across the world. However, the thing that really melts his heart into a mush are his two sons, Harrison (3) and Benson (2).

Yes, the rumor is true! Mindee is Mr. Yost's mother-in-law. After a few months of working at HHS, Christian met Mindee's daughter Shelby, and the rest was history. Yes, we talk about show choir at family Christmas. Yes, our spouses get tired of it at times. And yes, we love working together everyday!

Mindee Rowan is the incredible accompanist at HHS. She is rumored to be the best accompanist in the state! Heck, she even was called in to replace a Nebraska All-State choir accompanist mid-week one year. Mindee has three kids, a son and daughter in-law, and the best husband around, Marc Rowan.
