Voter Information

The Hanover Park Regional High School District will ask residents to vote on

Tuesday, December 13, 2022 on funding for facility improvements.

To cast a vote and have your voice heard on the future of the schools, you must be registered to vote with a

East Hanover, Florham Park or Hanover Township address.

New Jersey’s election procedures gives voters the choice to either vote by mail or in-person.

Voting In-Person

In-person voting will be available for the Hanover Park Regional High School District vote on:

December 13, 2022

Polls will be open from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

To determine which poll to use for your address, use the state's Poll Locator search tool.

If you arrive at a polling location on referendum day and are told your ballot was mailed to you, ask for a provisional ballot. This allows your vote to be counted once the mailed ballots are processed and your voter eligibility is double-checked.

The deadline to register for this election is Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Voting by Mail

Voting By Mail has become a popular method for casting a ballot. It allows voters to avoid lines at the polls, the risk of inclement weather, and other inconveniences that can get in the way on referendum day.

The county will send Vote By Mail ballots to residents who have active requests to vote that way. You may check your status by reaching out to the Morris County Clerk's office at 973-285-6066. Residents who are not signed up for Vote By Mail, but wish to be, can apply without specifying a reason by submitting an application. Make that request as soon as possible to safeguard against postal delays, and know that the application must be in the county's office by Tuesday, December 6, 2022 for a ballot to be sent to you for the December 13 referendum.
