About Me

Hello, my name is Jacqueline Abshier and I am thrilled to be the library media specialist at Boone Elementary!

I have been teaching for 7 years. I taught Pre-K through Sixth grade music in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Waxahachie, Texas. This is be my first year in the school library. I have a love of books and learning.

In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my husband, friends, and my dogs Georgia and Blue Bell. I look forward to a great year of learning, building lasting relationships, and of course, reading great books!
