CUHP shall arrange for Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner on the days of meeting at the venue only.
The travel and accommodation expenses need to be taken care of by the participant. So, they are advised to book hotel room nearby to the venue.
The University does not have its own guest-house, but can suggest accommodation arrangements in nearby hotels. Kindly send us an email at office_phy@hpcu.ac.in if you need us to guide in your booking. For the email, kindly use the subject: "Accommodation request for ICTRIBT-2026". A suggestive list of well known hotels are given below. You may search for others as well. In this respect, we, also, point out that since the place is a major tourist attraction with constant and large flux of tourists, the participants are requested to book their rooms as early as possible.
