What happens if my student forgets their book on library day?

If students forget their books, they should return to the library the next day to exchange it with their teacher’s permission. Their book is then due on the next scheduled library day.

What happens if my student would like to exchange their book before library day? If your student finishes their book and would like to exchange it before the next scheduled library period they may do so with their teacher’s permission during open library times.

What happens if a library book becomes lost? Books often find their way back to the library eventually, so keep looking. If you’re sure it can’t be found, please have your student talk to me or you can contact me, so we can make arrangements.

What happens if a library book becomes damaged? It happens! Please have your student talk to me or you can contact me, so we can make arrangements to replace it.

What other services does the library provide? The library offers home access to several database subscriptions. Students will bring home bookmarks with the passwords for all of the Netherwood Elementary School databases.
