HPCSD Attendance Policy

Daily attendance will be taken in eSchoolData, our student management system, based on the required daily scheduled student contact and engagement.

Grading Policy

The grading policy connects directly with the HPCSD report card and are based on a 1-4 scale. This also is compatible with the NYS testing reports.

4 represents a child who is working a full grade level above and beyond the grade level expectations without assistance.

3 represents a child working on grade level standards.

2 represents a child in need of support to complete and understand the content to reach grade level standards.

1 represents a child that is a unable to complete an assignment without support to meet the grade level standards.
