Meet the Teacher

My name is Mr. Shillieto (some call me "Mr. S") and I am so excited to be teaching 6th grade this year! This will be my second year teaching at HMS. Previously, I taught Kindergarten in Albany, NY.

I was grew up right across the river in Milton on a small apple farm, graduated from Marlboro High School in 2009, and attended SUNY Oneonta for both my Bachelors and Masters Degree in teaching.

I currently live in Poughkeepsie with my wife and dog named Archie.

I love to play the drums, rock climb, basketball, golf, and snowboard.
