Mr. Cole's Classroom

After attending North Park Elementary, Haviland Junior High School and Franklin D. Roosevelt High School, I attended Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island where I majored in Elementary/ Special Education. In 1999, I was hired as an 8th Grade, 15:1 Special Education teacher.  I spent much of that school- year, however, traveling between Haviland and Hyde Park Elementary, where I taught kindergarten and third-grade Resource Room. Since 1999, I have taught sixth grade Math and Science, as well as 6th grade ELA and Social Studies.  I have also taught sixth, seventh and eighth grade Reading AIS.
