Make Up Class Sheets

To Make up a PE class: Excused Absences only

Excused absences are explained in the rules and regulations document

There are 3 options:

1. Attending weight room after school Tuesday or Thursday 2:20-3:20 and filling out the make up card with signature of weight room supervisor.

2. Attend an FDR Athletic event and report on it using the provided questions below labeled "make up class event."

3. A written make up assignment for under 5 missed classes.
