• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited behavior.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including check-ins, photos, and comments.

By submitting content, you grant Hozzld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform.

All content you submit must comply with our Acceptable Use standards, including restrictions on pornography, explicit sexual content, hate speech, slurs, harassment, and discriminatory or abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

6. Third-Party Data

• Hozzld may incorporate data licensed from third-party providers, including Golf-Course-Database.com..

• This data is used under license and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.

• All rights to third-party content remain with their respective owners.

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include location data when you grant permission for “While Using the App” access. Location data is used to:

• Show nearby golf courses

• Improve search and discovery features

• Enhance user experience within the Platform

We do not collect or use location data when the app is closed or running in the background.

By using the Platform, you consent to this collection and processing.

8. Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Prices and terms are subject to change with notice.

• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by Hozzld or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability.

You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hozzld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by visiting our Account Deletion Request page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Location Services
