Welcome to H.I.S.

Welcome students and parents to the 2024-2025 Howland Intermediate School year.  I am very excited about being a part of your child's fifth-grade school year at Howland Intermediate School.  There will be lots of new friends to meet, challenges to overcome, and successes to celebrate during our next nine months together.  Throughout this school year, we will be working to develop organizational skills that are crucial to your child's success in fifth grade and at the middle school level.   I will be working to meet every child's academic needs.  I want to build upon your child's strengths and weaknesses.  Together with your help, we will make this 5th-grade experience exceptional! 

I thank you for your trust and daily support as your child's teacher this year.  Together, as a classroom family, we will grow and learn. :)
