This semester students will be using www.code.org to study and learn how to create their own website using HTML and CSS. We will also be creating our own original video games using JavaScript. These programming languages will introduce students to programming and writing computer code. Even if students choose not to pursue further coursework or a career in coding, they will learn and improve their problem solving skills as well as logic and sequencing. In addition to the coding, students will also be working to improve their keyboarding skills using www.typing.com.
