At home or at school, where will you find me?...
..."find me where the wild things are" 😜
My name is Teresa Wilder & I am the music teacher at Southwest Elementary in Howell, Michigan. I have been teaching music to my "wild things" for 21 years! My hope is that students will leave with an appreciation for what music has to offer. We sing, play, create, imagine, discuss and make connections in my classroom. Students are free to try skills and not be perfect...we practice working hard & doing our best!
Some "wild" facts about me ~ I graduated from Novi High School, then Hope College with a BM in Music Education, and finally received a MA from Eastern Michigan University in Drama & Theatre for the Young. My husband, Andrew, & I live in Brighton, Michigan - we have four beautiful "wild things" - Molly, Samuel & Jack, along with our boxer, Rocky 🐾
I love cheetah print and all things wild!
I am also the
Course Coordinator for
