My name is K'lain Ashlock. I have been the Howe Middle School Counselor for over 20 years. Over the years I have learned a lot about kids, families, & mental health. My goal is to provide the best mental and academic support for Howe Middle School that I possibly can. I love my job and I love being a Howe Bulldog.

Social and Emotional Learning can sound like scary words, but essentially we are just teaching how to be good citizens, get along with ourselves, and others. I hope you take the time to look at the monthly newsletter and what is being presented in the monthly character education lessons.

History
I have been in Howe ISD since 2004-2005. I am originally from Bossier City, Louisiana. I am married and have 2 sons. Received my Masters from Texas A & M - Commerce & I love being a Howe Bulldog .
