Full Service AV with on site support:
The full service route is hands down the best option. You get installation and removal, but you also have an experienced AV technician on hand if there are any errors user or otherwise that happen during your event. As an added benefit you also have a potential DJ/MC available to assist in entertaining or distracting your attendees during lulls, delays or unplanned disruptions.
AV rental with installation and removal:
If you are tech savvy and have the time to set up functions, adjust sound, troubleshoot technical difficulties etc. this is the best option for you. We'll do all the heavy lifting and even provide the initial programming and staging on request.
AV rental DIY:
This is the lowest cost option. We work with you to schedule pickup or delivery and you do the rest. We recommend this option only for smaller meetings with basic AV needs. Now if you are familiar with the technology and understand how to run XLR cables, setup sound boards/mixers for microphones and other audio while staging to optimize your message reach to the audience, and have the time to do all this, then this is the best option.
