Q: I submitted a request for technology, now what?
A: If you submitted a request for technology you will receive a call from your child(ren)'s teacher(s) no later than Tuesday, August 18, 2020. When they call they will provide you with the details on when to pick up your device(s).
Q: The first day of school is Monday, but I have not received the device I requested. Is my child going to get behind or be counted absent?
A: No. We understand that some students will not have access to their classes immediately. The schools and teachers will work together with students and parents to support their learning and meet their needs.
Q: I don't have wifi. Are there any hotspots or open access points available?
A: Yes. Each school has an open wifi account that can be accessed in the parking lot of the school. We will keep you posted as we learn about other available hotspots in our community.
