Scholarship Spotlight 💰

The Women in Science and Health (WISH) Scholarship was created by the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) at the University of Houston. AMWA is a student organization dedicated to advancing women in medicine and advocating for women’s health through mentorship, community service, and professional development. The WISH Scholarship was raised by AMWA’s Women’s Advocacy Committee to support the next generation of women pursuing careers in healthcare and science.

The WISH Scholarship will be awarded to one student for the academic Fall 2026 term:

(1) One scholarship for the amount of UP TO $1500
