Transcripts may take up to 3 business days to fulfill. After your request is submitted, you will be notified when your transcript is available.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are requesting a transcript for a scholar that graduated more than 5 years ago the campus will no longer have access to those records and will not be able to process a transcript or record request. Additionally, HISD Alumni Transcripts and Student Records will no longer be issued in person at the Hattie Mae White Administration building. Please submit those requests online at this address: https://houstonisdtx.scriborder.com/
Official Transcript Requests
Transcripts for former students should be requested by the student directly if possible. If transcript is being requested on behalf of a student, signed student permission or a power of attorney must be provided.
In most cases the facility requesting a transcript should request directly from the school. For example, if the student is applying or transferring to a Texas public college records can be sent through Texas Records Exchange (TREx). Please provide all contact information which you have for the school at the time of request: Full name of institution (e.g. University of Houston - Downtown, University of Texas - San Antonio, etc.)
EECHS does not have access to Parchment once a student has graduated and will not mail transcripts on the student's behalf. If the transcript cannot be sent electronically to the requesting facility, the student will need to pick up a sealed transcript.
Transcript Request Form
All current Seniors should only request transcripts through SchooLinks. If you are a senior and need a sealed transcript, email the registrar directly.
Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior students should request unofficial transcripts for purposes of scholarships and organization applications such as emerge.
Parents/Guardians should not use this page to request transcripts: Transcripts should be requested by the students who may provide them to the parents. Student information cannot be emailed to accounts outside of the Houston ISD system. Parents may come to the school to request a physical copy of their student's unofficial transcript.
If the student is transferring to another school parents or legal guardians must come to the school to complete withdrawal paperwork and an unofficial transcript may be provided at that time. The schools will communicate directly to exchange official documentation through Texas Records Exchange (TREx) or other secure server.
Unofficial Transcript Requests
Unofficial transcripts provide information on what credits the students have. They are not signed by the registrar and you typically cannot use them for college applications as they are not official proof of credits earned. Any student can request an unofficial transcript at any time for any reason. Unofficial transcripts will only be provided to graduated students upon the students request. They will not be provided to parents of former students without written permission from the student.
Most scholarship programs accept unofficial transcripts. They can be helpful when providing information to college advisors when choosing college classes or when applying for certain programs. If you would like a copy of your unofficial transcript, please complete the form in the link below.
