All students must register to attend Madison High School. Students must be zoned to our campus. You can fill out registration online by following this link: https://www.houstonisd.org/schools-academics/student-enrollment
ALL REGISTRATION IS DONE ONLINE AND ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE SCHOOL.
Scroll to the bottom and choose either "New to HISD" or "Returning to HISD"
You will need the following documents to complete this portion of registration:
Parent's ID
Student's Birth Certificate as proof of identity and date of birth
Student's Social Security Card (if they have one)
Immunization Records
Previous report card and/or transcript from previous school and withdrawal paperwork
Proof of residency- a utility bill with the parent's name on it. Bills must be lights, gas, or water only and must be current. You may also submit the lease or mortgae with the parent's name listed. We can take a HCAD (Harris County Appraisal District) print out showing ownership of the property, but the parent must be listed. Leases must have the front page and signature page and must be current. Mortgages will need to have parent name listed as well. **If further assistance is needed with proof of residency, please contact us.
Parents are required to be present to complete enrollment of students. Once online enrollment is completed, it is the parent's responsibility to come to the school to finalize enrollment. A small packet will be given to the parent for completion and documents will be reviewed. If anything else is needed, it will be asked for at that time. Students should come with parents ready to attend school. Registration begins at 8:30am M-F except holidays and professional development days.

Comprobante de domicilio: una factura de servicios públicos a nombre del padre/madre. Las facturas deben ser solo de luz, gas o agua y deben estar al día. También puede presentar el contrato de arrendamiento o la hipoteca a nombre del padre/madre. Los contratos de arrendamiento deben tener la portada y la página de firmas, y deben estar al día. Las hipotecas también deben tener el nombre del padre/madre. **Si necesita más ayuda con el comprobante de domicilio, por favor, contáctenos.
Es necesario que los padres estén presentes para completar la inscripción de los estudiantes. Una vez completada la inscripción en línea, es responsabilidad de los padres acudir a la escuela para finalizarla. Se les entregará un pequeño paquete para que lo completen y se revisarán los documentos. Si se necesita algo más, se solicitará en ese momento. Los estudiantes deben venir con sus padres listos para asistir a la escuela. La inscripción comienza a las 8:30 a. m. de lunes a viernes, excepto días festivos y días de desarrollo profesional.
