Goals for today's learning.

1. Spend time in conversation with your PLC focusing specifically on instructional strategies and not content.

2.Explore Lead4ward as a resource and collaborate on strategies that might engage students in a variety of ways in your classroom.

As a collaborative group, assign the following roles for today's learning.

For your first activity, the scribe will need a piece of paper and something to write with to record the strategies shared. The time keeper will need to start the timer and the Digital Connector will need to take a picture of the scribes notes and post to the Padlet following the brainstorm.

As a group watch the videos below. There is a reflective question that you will answer in each section.

The Lead4ward app is free in both the iOS and Android app stores. Please download the app to a mobile device. The app has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. If you choose not to download, then please know that you can access all the Lead4ward resources via their website as well. *The website has recently been updated with additional strategies that will be added to the app.

Spend 10 minutes exploring the different instructional strategies. At the end of the 10 minutes, you will each share out to your team two strategies that you found interesting and how you might integrate them into a lesson. The Digital Connector will also record the names of the strategies that they shared through Answer Garden.

Add the names of the two strategies that each person shared with your team to the

Answer Garden Word Cloud below.

Each member of your PLC will complete the linked form.
