Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year at Lantrip Elementary! I am Mrs. Lewis, your child's 2nd grade teacher. I have been teaching for 33 years. I have taught at Lantrip for the last 20 years! My dedication and enthusiasm that I have for my profession sets an example for my students. I have high yet clear educational expectations of them, We are going to have a productive yet fun filled year with exciting learning opportunities and growth. In order for our students to experience success, communication between the teacher and parent is an absolute must. You have the most impact and cast the greatest influence in you child's life! I am very excited about the upcoming school year! I look forward to meeting each of you. Learning is a lifelong process. Together we will help our kiddos reach many goals and milestones !
