If you need a copy of your transcript sent to a college or an employer, please fill out the Transcript request form.

Juniors (1 visit/year) or seniors (2 visits/year) who wish to take a college/military visit can complete a visitation application form at least 2 days prior to the visit for principal or counselor approval so the absence is not counted against him/her.  The form must be returned to the high school office with the college/military representative's signature when the student returns or the student will be considered absent.
