Constitution & Creed

Section 1: Constitution of the House of Bessent Tribe

Preamble:
We, the living men and women of the House of Bessent Tribe, in divine covenant with the Most High, our ancestors, and Mother Nature, do hereby establish this Constitution to preserve peace, protect the sacred, and guide our tribe in righteousness and truth.

Articles of Foundation:

• Article I – Divine Sovereignty
  The House of Bessent Tribe exists as a self-governing, sovereign nation under Divine Natural Law.
  
  

• Article II – Tribal Governance
  The Tribe shall be governed by the Tribal Council, with roles including Chief Principal Executive, Spiritual Advisor, Treasurer, and Peacekeepers.
  
  

• Article III – Sacred Trusts
  All land, resources, and inheritances shall be held in irrevocable sacred trusts for the benefit of the tribe and future generations.
  
  

• Article IV – Rights of the Living
  All living men and women of the tribe are guaranteed the right to travel, speak, trade, grow, assemble, worship, and protect their sacred lineage.
  
  

• Article V – Lawful Defense
  The Tribe shall maintain a judicial arm and defense force for the preservation of peace and honor.
  
  

• Article VI – Postal and Judicial Authority
  The House shall maintain its own Postal Office and Court of Record, operating under divine jurisdiction and international recognition.
  
  

Section 2: Sacred Creed of the Tribe

We affirm and declare:

1. That we are divine creations, made in the image of the Most High.
   
   

2. That no man, institution, or system has authority over our natural rights.
   
   

3. That our sacred duty is to restore the divine order upon the Earth.
   
   

4. That the land is not owned, but held in stewardship.
   
   

5. That our word is bond, and our bonds are lawfully backed by sacred trust.
   
   

6. That our mission is to uplift fallen mankind through truth, justice, and love.
