Signature Drinks
Hotchkiss Bearcat
Cranberry juice cocktail (1/4 cup)
Citron vodka or vodka (1 oz or 2 tbsp)
Blue curacao (1 oz or 2 tbsp)
Fresh lime juice (1 tbsp)
Moisten rim of chilled martini glass with lime wedge. Sprinkle sugar onto small plate, and dip moistened rim into the sugar to coat lightly.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka, curacao and lime juice; cover and shake. Strain into martini glass.
Maria's Mocktail*
Mint leaves (15 leaves)
Simple syrup (1 oz)
Freshly squeezed lime juice (2 oz)
Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade (8 oz)
Garnish: Raspberries, mint, lime wedge
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a tall highball glass. Gently muddle the mint with a muddler or other blunt object.
Add the simple syrup, lime juice and handful of ice cubes to the mint; top with Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade or other sparkling beverage of your choice.
Garnish with fresh raspberries, a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
*Add white rum (2 ounces) if you’d like to make it a cocktail

We are creating a video montage (or "Tribute") for a Hotchkiss Celebration of Life during the 2021 Virtual Reunion Weekend. It will only take you a minute to film and submit your video.
