Mark Amyot is our chef and the mastermind behind Hughies!   He found the old camper in rough shape in Ohio.  He brought it home and began the transformation process!   With some help from friends, Mark brought his vision into life and now mans the griddles to make the fluffiest pancakes and those yummy homefries!
