Enhancing Wellbeing
Achievement Standard 90971

This standard looks at each student taking action to enhance an aspect of their personal well-being.
Each student will complete the following:
develop a health related goal and action plan based on SMART goal principles
implement the plan and sustain the action over a minimum of 3 weeks (21 Days minimum)
evaluate the implementation of the plan.
The assessment will be individual, and you will be looking at which area of your well-being you wish to make a positive change in. Plans must be workable, and evidence needs to be provided. Having steps outlined the show your progress towards the goal would be recommended, with an explanation around the hoped outcomes as a deeper thought process.
