The world of the long 19th century (~1750 - 1914)
Manifest Destiny: The most significant Gold Rush in American history
Lessons from Victoria: The significance of Australia’s experience

The discovery of gold in Aotearoa has long lasting social and economic impacts

Arrowtown Visit & Assessment
The trip is provisionally set for 25-26th March. Students will have developed their focusing questions and identified both primary and secondary sources to use in their research.
