Hello my name is David chase. I’m from Hopkinsville, KY. I’m a Navy Vet and I have a Master of Arts degree is Human services counseling. I’ve been in the field since 2020. Prior to that I was a certified alcohol and drug counselor and a school teacher/administrator. Lastly, I have two daughters.

Mary Crowder, RBT

Hello! My name is Mary Crowder, I am originally from the mountains of North Carolina, but moved to Greeneville while I was in high school. After graduation I joined the Marine Corps where I became an aviation meteorologist. Once I got out of the military I was unsure exactly what I wanted to do on the career front, but I knew it was something in advocacy. I am currently pursuing my dual degree in social work and psychology from ETSU. I have found my passion in supporting families with behavioral needs! Outside of work I enjoy all things creative from music to art and everything in between!

April Hedden, RBT

Hi! I am April. I live in Copperhill, Tn with my husband Jeremy. We have 4 children (one of which is an RBT as well) and 3 grand children. I have been in the school system for 20+ years. So while I may be new to ABA services, I am very familiar with children. I truly look forward to getting to work with them in this capacity!

Danyail Stewart, RBT

I’m currently an RBT and a teacher. I have been in the ABA field for 5 years now and I love what I do. I currently have my BSW and working towards my MSW. A little about me- I have three kids from 16-3 years of age and a dog. I was born in upstate NY but was raised here in Clarksville TN. I love to go home and visit but TN is home!

Kenslie Hedden, RBT

My name is Kenslie Hedden. I am from Copperhill, TN. I graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University. While attending, I played softball and basketball. I believe in the power of positive reinforcement and the potential for growth in everyone!

Mikalyn Hunt, RBT

I'm Mikalyn Hunt and I am from Morristown, TN. I have a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and I have worked in a variety of settings. In my free time, I enjoy playing games whether it's board games or video games. I enjoy listening to music and spending time with the important people in my life.

Ondreea Shelton, RBT

Hi! My name is Ondreea Shelton and I am from Greeneville, TN. I graduated from Tusculum University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts with a Behavioral Health concentration. I love being in a position to make a positive impact on the lives of those around me. I enjoy all things sports related, being outdoors, and listening to all kinds of music.

Kaitlyn Green, RBT

Hello, my name is Katilyn Green. I have a strong passion for working with children and have experience working with adults and children. I’m dedicated to making a positive impact and bringing joy to others. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and watching sunsets

Ally Davis, BCBA, LBA

Ally graduated with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and passed her board exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ally worked as an Registered Behavior Technician for 3 years and gained her supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA in this process. Ally is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and collaborating with families and other stakeholders in order to do this. In her down time she enjoys watching the sunset, the holidays, spending time with family and friends, and coffee.

Brittany Taylor, BCBA, LBA

After working as a Special Education teacher for five years, I transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, gaining 3 years of experience as an RBT and 1 year as a BCBA. I have worked across community, home, school, and clinical settings supporting a wide variety of clients with diverse backgrounds and behavior profiles. I am dedicated to providing quality and compassionate care to the families I serve. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, hiking, video games, and cooking.

Kyra Smallwood, BCBA, LBA

Kyra is the owner of Horizons Behavior Solutions. She developed the organization to bring quality ABA services to the east Tennessee area. Kyra completed her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Behavior Health, as well as her Master's in Education and Human Resource Development, at Tusculum University. She went on to complete her ABA coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. Kyra worked as a Registered Behavior Technician while gaining her supervision hours to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with both children and adults in various professional settings. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, trips to the beach, and going to concerts.
