Purpose
Loom Filing Assistant is an internal Horizon Labs Chrome extension that allows authorized team members to classify completed Loom recordings as EOD updates or Issue walkthroughs and file the relevant recording link to Notion.
Information processed
The extension may process:
Selected Horizon Labs team member name and Notion identity
Loom share URL and recording ID
EOD business date
Issue ID and walkthrough type when filing an Issue walkthrough
Notion page ID when manual EOD recovery is used
Extension configuration and submission status required for reliable operation
The extension does not access or collect passwords, payment information, health information, or browsing history.
How information is used
This information is used only to identify the correct user and destination, submit the selected Loom recording to the appropriate Notion record, prevent duplicate submissions, and provide filing status and recovery functionality.
Local storage
The extension uses Chrome local storage to retain selected identity, validated configuration, filing status, duplicate-prevention information, and temporary pending submission state.
Data transmission
Filing information is transmitted securely to Horizon Labs' Notion Worker infrastructure and then to the Horizon Labs Notion workspace as required to complete the requested filing operation. API credentials and Notion secrets are not stored in the Chrome extension.
Data sharing and sale
Horizon Labs does not sell user data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the Loom filing workflow. Data is only processed through services necessary to operate the internal workflow.
Retention
Local extension state is retained only as needed to support configuration, filing status, duplicate prevention, and recovery. Information filed into Notion is retained according to Horizon Labs' internal workspace and data-retention practices.
Access
The extension is intended only for authorized Horizon Labs users.
