In October 2023, members of PASA along with the founding president of PASA, Randy Sabado, came together in celebration of Filipinx American History Month, and put together a physical exhibit to celebrate the longest-standing non-Greek student organization on the Cal State East Bay campus, the Pilipinx American Student Association (PASA) of California State University, East Bay.
With its beginnings as early as 1968 (FASA) and officially being established as PASA in 1972, PASA continues to be a cultural organization that focuses on promoting Filipinx culture throughout our East Bay campus and the broader community.
Current PASA members commemorated the 51st year of its existence with this exhibit. The exhibit showcases photograph reproductions from founding president Randy Sabado as well as recent objects like the COREyugto jacket of current PASA member, Nolan Calara.
This digital exhibit invites you to continue celebrating the Filipinx community and its history that has long made an impact at CSUEB.
