Many thanks to everyone who joined us in Reid Park this morning for our Remembrance Service. It was a beautiful act and the pupils showed great respect for those who have fallen.

Grandparents' guide to online safety
Many grandparents are carers for children and it is important that they have a good understanding of the risks and issues faced by children and young people. Internet Matters have put together a fabulous guide for grandparents giving advice on a range of issues such as:
Screen time.
Online gaming.
Managing money.
Peer pressure
and more.

The Christmas Fair planning is well underway. We have some fantastic raffle prizes and we have sent home some raffle tickets today. Please share with family and friends and be in with a chance of winning £100 cash or a lovely Christmas Gift.
You can also order a personalised letter from Santa. Details will be on the Parent Hub.
The stalls include: Horbury Bridge Christmas decorations, wax melts, eco cards and gifts, a variety of games, hair accessories and lots more. A full itinerary will be sent out nearer the time.
We will be having a special visit from Santa and there will be a children only area 'ELFRIDGES', where children will have the opportunity to buy a gift and wrap it up for a special person at Christmas.
We will keep you updated!

Community News
Please come and support the Church Autumn Fair, tomorrow, Saturday 5th November. School will also be running a couple of games.
The Church are holding an Advent Family Afternoon at St Peter's Church on Saturday 26th November from 1.00pm-3.00pm. Everyone is welcome.
