Hopkinton is a community where every resident has access to information, resources and support to make healthy decisions around substance use and mental health. 

The mission of Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention (HOP) is to prevent youth substance use through the provision of resources, education, and support for the purpose of promoting well-being and resilience for all Hopkinton residents .

Hopkinton Youth & Family Services is the founding organization of Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention (HOP). HOP was founded in the Fall of 2015.
