I used my $10 to donate to The Clothing Place in downtown Hopewell.
The Clothing Place is a nonprofit organization. They sell various donated items such as clothes, glassware, and baby items. They help provide for people in need. Everyone can shop there because sales cover their rent, and profits beyond their expenses go toward the Hopewell Food Pantry.
I donated $10 dollars and old clothes that weren't being worn. I donated a blazer, jacket, denim overalls, and a Christmas teddy bear for the holidays. After donating I spoke to the manager, Donna. She told me it was Richard Commander's vision for the Food Pantry to expand their services.
My experience with them was great. They were kind; the store had a variety of selections. If you are interested in supporting them, check out their website at Hopewellfoodpantry.com.
