K-1 Language Arts Core
In this class we will be working on phonics, grammar, reading, and writing. We will be using an Orton Gillingham based phonic program, the Voyages in English text book, and some Step Up to Writing techniques.
Since this class is part of the new Elementary Core Program parents are required to help their student complete weekly learning at home.
Testing is done!!!! The first month of lesson plans are up and going on Classroom. We have had a great start to the year and to the new core program. Thank you to all in seat and remote students for baring with my slow learning curve for all things remote. We are starting personal narratives, syllabication, and comprehension building lessons.
