As we head into a new ministry year, we want to take a moment to reflect on how things have been going, both in heart and skill, and collect any feedback or ideas on what we could change or improve. Our desire is not only to serve our church in excellence, but to have a posture of continual growth both individually and as a team, while emphasizing the importance of serving from a place of spiritual health. These are not just lofty goals you're left to achieve on your own - these are things we need to pursue together, so getting a clearer idea of how we're really doing will help us know how best to support, serve, lead and disciple one another. 

No matter what position you serve in, or how long you've been doing it, we want to hear from you. This is a long form, so please take your time, and provide thoughtful, honest responses. In order to motivate you a little bit, everyone who submits the form by the end of September will be entered in a draw for a $50 Amazon Gift Card! 

This form is not anonymous, but your responses will be kept private, so please be as honest as you can. This feedback is incredibly helpful for us, so we really appreciate you sharing your input. 2025-2026 team events

This year, we've got a number of events planned for our team. We tried to keep this to an average of one event per month, with a few months that are left open due to breaks or other major church events and services. Take a look below for a snapshot of everything we've got coming up this year.
