Here are some questions to pray and think about before the week starts:
What changes do you want to see in Hope and in your life through this week?
Who will you particularly be praying for?
What questions are you asking God during this time?
What will your pattern of fasting look like through the week? (suggestion for adults is to go without food Monday to Friday up until 6pm and then eat in the evenings)
