Hello TRIO Family! I I am excited to extend an invitation to you to save the date for the upcoming MI-CAPP Student Leadership Summit, which will take place from March 7th to March 9th in Traverse City, MI. This year's summit promises to offer enhanced breakout sessions and activities, including a silent party specifically designed for pre-college and college students. We believe these engaging sessions will provide valuable insights and opportunities for both professionals and scholars to connect, learn, and grow. We are encouraging nominations for student ambassadors to join the committee this year. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to take an active role in shaping the summit and contributing to its success. As you may know, MI-Capp is not hosting our annual conference this year so we are focusing on bringing professional-centered social events and breakout sessions at the summit for you all as well! We believe that these sessions will provide a platform for meaningful discussions, networking, and collaboration among professionals in the field. These sessions will also be valuable as many will travel to Policy a few weeks later. Registration for the MI-CAPP Student Leadership Summit will open on October 1st.
