The hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy. With notice of cancellation at least 72 hours (3 days) before arrival, the grand total for each cancelled room will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in will have the grand total refunded minus the first night’s room rate. Check-in begins at 4 PM 

Once a room reservation has been checked in/the key packets for a program have been collected by the designated person, the entire grand total for all of the program’s reservations will be nonrefundable. At that time, the rooms are considered sold to the program and are not available for another guest to book, even if the program decides not to have any guests stay in those rooms.
