Mr. Cater

Dan Cater is a Simmons Middle School, Hoover High School, and Auburn University alumnus. He is happily married to Laura Cater. He has three children; Thatch, Finn, and Cohen. After four years as choral director at Drake Middle School in Auburn, Mr. Cater came home to conduct the choirs at Simmons Middle School. Dan is also the youth choir director at Saint Mark United Methodist Church. This is his 14th year as conductor of the Simmons Middle School choirs.
