Go to your Profile Page
Access your Account Settings (3 dots Icon on the top right corner)
Switch to Creator
Once you Switch to Creator, you will be asked a few questions about your service and business entity, as well as ask you to link your banking details for payouts.
To ensure you get paid for your services, a bank account must be linked to ensure direct deposit payment. At this time, Hoopla only uses Stripe to connect bank accounts, so that you get paid swiftly and securely
During the Creator Profile setup, select Connect Banking Details
Select a Bank in the Bank Institution Selection Page
Enter your Account Details.
After you have completed your banking details, the website will direct you back to Hoopla
Make sure to check your email from Stripe to confirm your registration.
To receive payment, please make sure you connect your banking details to your account. Once an attendee books a ticket to your event, you payment will arrive to your account within 1-4 business days.
** Please note that from time to time, Stripe may ask for further verifications from you to ensure the utmost security. Therefore we ask that if you do receive any notification from Stripe that you ensure to respond in a timely manner so as to not delay any payment transfers. Reasons for which they may reach out may include, but not limited to:
Processing volume: for example, requirements might become mandatory after $1,500 USD in charges
Time: Some information might be required 30 days after an account is created
Risk Assessment: Stripe dynamically determines risk profiles, which can change an account's requirements

Whether you have to cancel last minute or the user cancelled last minute, make sure you are aware of the penalties associated with cancellation. If you anything extraordinary occurs, please feel free to reach out to our team for assistance at support@hoopla.com

Your Event can be updated at anytime. Whether its just the details of an updated video, you can do it all through your profile page.
Head over to your profile page. By default this will show you the page with your Experiences
Tap on the image of your Event and then select the "3 dots" icon to "edit your experience
The first page will allow you to update Event details. When finished, select "next"
On the second page, you can update the video by tapping the image of the video. You can either choose a new video or film a new one through Hoopla
If you wish to update the video, select the new video you wish to use. After previewing the video, select "Choose". After editting and formatting your video, use the "arrow" button to compile the video all together.
When you're done with all of your Experience edits, select "Publish"

If both the Creator and the Customer agree to cancel the Experience due inability to agree on aspects of the experience, please reach out to our team as well. We want to ensure everybody has an excellent experience with Hoopla
Videos on Hoopla can be anywhere from 3 - 90 seconds
Have Fun, be creative, express yourself. Just because videos are max 90 seconds, doesn't mean your video has to be that long
You can use videos you've already created or film one through the app
Stitch multiple videos to give users a mashup of the Experience you are providing
Talk about who you are, what the Experience is about, what makes you excited about it, What they can expect and why they should be excited
Lighting, Lighting Lighting. Be wary of shadow and direction of the Sun
Have fun!
Sometimes things come up and you must cancel last minute. We totally understand. However, some experiences require the creator to invest in materials before the experience.
If you would like to dispute a charge, please reach out to our support team at support@hoopla.com and they will help setup a time to review your claim.
If an Experience Creator does not show up for your event, you are eligible for a full refund. However, we highly recommend reaching out to the Experience Creator to see if it can be rescheduled. You may report the event, we do not suggest cancelling the event. Please provide any proof (video, documentation) along with your booking reservation number to support@hoopla.com and a team member will review your claim. If deemed accurate, credit will be issued to you as quickly as possible.
Credit Cards can be updated in your Account Settings.
Just head over to your profile page and use the "3 dots" icon at the top of the page to open up your Account Settings
Select Payment Details and go to yout Payment Methods section
