Tests/exams

These are locked in Acellus. Midterm and final exams are to be taken at the HROA building on Wednesday or Friday.

Special lessons:

These are 40% of grade. There will only be 3 per trimester. Since everyone will vary on lesson timing, you may find you are not ready for the special lesson at a given time. Once you progress through the program, you will acquire the skills necessary to solve them. Reach out for help at any time. These are all due 2 weeks before the end of the trimester.

Submitting Special Lessons:

Easiest for both you and me - take a picture of your beautiful work and submit in Acellus rather then trying to type all the math symbols.

Missing Special Lessons

A 50% means that a special lesson is missing. You are able to still complete and turn in for full credit until the end of the semester.

Make sure to open special lessons and hoover over the comment icon to see teacher comments! Lessons can continue to be revised until perfect.

Showing work

Keep notes! Show all your work (especially on unit reviews and tests). Keep it neat and legible so you can use on exams.

Google classroom

A great place to get help, find reference material, get examples on special lessons, find help on specific problems, etc.

Attendance:

This is recorded each day for your attendance in you digital platform.

Recovery mode:

Only for special circumstances.

Trimester Grades: An NG will be given if you are behind or have not done the special lessons. Make a plan to get caught up and everything turned in by End of trimester.
