Wednesday - Shooting & Cardio Blue
Thursday - Ball Handling & Strength Gold
Friday - Shooting & Quickness
Saturday - Cardio Gold
Sunday - Rest
If you need to move your rest day you can, but in general this is how you should be using the workouts provided. Feel free to add more and participate in open gyms when available, This is the minimal expectations for players looking to get better and improve. Track your progress here.
