Welcome to ifCON 2025

Ahoy Sailors .... ifCON 2025 will be held upon the warm waters of the Caribbean aboard the good ship Valiant Lady from September 3 - 7, 2025! This five day cruise will take us to Key West and Bimini Island, which is part of the Bahamas. In between port calls, we will have lots of surprises and fun activities. 

While not your typical land based ifCON, we will still have many of the elements that make ifCON a blast ... a Welcome Cocktail Party, a lovely pool party or two, the annual banquet and our farewell brunch.  You will have the opportunity to enjoy all that the ship has to offer, and trust me, it is a lot.

Virgin Voyages is unlike any other large-ish cruise ship. First, by design itʻs adults only so no leaky diapers in the pool. It has no main dining room. Instead, there are seven specialty restaurants, which are all included (but do require reservations). There is also no "Buffet" -- but they do have a "Galley" which is more or less a food court with items cooked to order so everything is fresh. They also promote wellness, with free fitness classes, a fine gym, juice bars etc. And finally, the other feature that separates Virgin Voyages from all others they are overtly inclusive. They donʻt just give it lip service, they have a resident drag queen, AKA The Diva, aboard each ship.

Every cabin will receive non-refundable onboard credit (“Sailor Loot”) to spend onboard which you can use to purchase drinks, spa, excursions etc. during the Voyage based on the level of cabin booked:

• $50 Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Solo Insider and Solo Seaview cabins

• $50 Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Insider and Seaview cabins

• $100 Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Central Sea Terrace cabins


Accessible Cabins:

Virgin Voyages has accessible cabins to accommodate people with mobility issue etc. Please email us as early as possible as the number of accessible cabins are limited. Also, we work with a special needs company that provides scooters, wheelchairs etc upon request. There will be a charge for the rental of the equipment but the good thing is they deliver the equipment directly to the ship. 

Very very mui mui importante everyone attending ifCON 2025 must have a passport with six months of validity from September 3, 2025 left on it. Please check your passports expiration date NOW!! Note, for a limited time, you can renew your passport online.
