Registration fee is $130.00 including fees per person.  Once we receive your registration payment, we will send you the booking link and password to book the cruise on Honu Adventures - Cruise Planners website.

Please note that this is a contracted cruise with Virgin Voyages, and you must book this cruise with Honu Adventures - Cruise Planners.  If you book this cruise with Virgin Voyages directly or any other travel agency, you will not be permitted to participate in any ifCON 2025 group events from Sept. 1 to Sept. 7, 2025  If you have any questions, please send an email to ifCON2025vv@gmail.com.

Terms and Conditions:

All participants are required to read and abide by the Terms and Conditions of Honu Adventures LLC. By registering for the conference and purchasing cabin space, you are acknowledging that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions. 

Cancellation policy:

Registration fee of $130.00 including fees per person is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, it is transferable if you are not able to join us for the event. 

The cruise fare is also NON-REFUNDABLE; however, it too is transferable if you are not able to join the event.

Insurance: 

We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be supplied to you during the booking process. Note that you are NOT required to book insurance through Honu Adventures, however wherever you do purchase travel insurance, please make sure it will cover all non-refundable funds, such as the cruise fare.
