Ground rules

1. No smoking allowed inside the premises, maintaining a smoke-free environment.

2. Kindly refrain from consuming alcohol during your stay, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.

3. Non-vegetarian food not permitted inside the premises, preserving our homestay's ambiance.

4. Display well-mannered behavior, as we are a family-friendly establishment.

5. Highly appreciated cleanliness, keeping the living space tidy and pleasant.

6. Food charge includes 3-course meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, regardless of consumption.

7. Personalized meals require prior notification for a delightful dining experience.

8. Visitors held responsible for any damage or vandalism, subject to a fine twice the cost of repair.

9. Each reservation valid for 24 hours from check-in, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

10. Guests must provide a hard copy of ID upon check-in, as per government regulations.

11. Rules and terms may change without prior notice, your understanding is appreciated.

12. We reserve the right to accept or deny reservation requests based on relevant considerations.

13. Disruptive behavior may result in mid-stay booking cancellation for maintaining tranquility.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be requested via call/whatsapp. The following fees will be deducted from your advance payment:

• 8 to 30 Days before Check-in: 50% of the advance amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.

• 7 Days or Less before Check-in: The full advance payment (100%) will be retained as the cancellation fee.

• No Show or Early Check-out: The full amount of the original reservation (100%) will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Additional Rules:

• Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am for a peaceful environment.

• Eco-Friendly Practices: Minimize water and electricity usage for sustainable living.

• Outdoor Adventures: Follow designated trails for outdoor explorations to ensure safety. Make sure any local person accompanies you on trial

• Pet Policy: Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets, maintaining a serene atmosphere.

• Photography Etiquette: Seek consent before taking photos of fellow guests.

• Valuables and Security: Store valuables responsibly, Homestay is not responsible for misplacements and your loss.

• Responsible Waste Management: Dispose of waste in designated bins for a cleaner environment.

• Shared Areas: Use shared spaces responsibly, ensuring a harmonious atmosphere for all.

• Family Privacy: For the privacy of the family living on the ground floor, photography/videography is not allowed on the ground floor of the building.

• Parking Guidelines: Park vehicles in designated areas to ensure smooth access for all.

• Cultural Sensitivity: Respect local customs and traditions, embracing cultural diversity.
