2025 Spring League Schedule

2025 Spring League Rules

Goals:

1. Teaching, developing, and promoting the development of basketball fundamentals, team work, discipline, and sportsmanship, in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment which fosters a love of the game.

2. Following the core principles of respect, honesty, teamwork, and integrity on and off the court.

3. Working together for continuous improvement as individuals and as teams.

4. To give players a cheaper alternative to AAU and allow teams to play together.

5. To accommodate more teams this year, we will be using the elementary gym as well. Please note that this is a smaller court.

Rules:

1. 18 minute running halves.

2. 2 shots on 7th foul of each half

3. Each team will have one :30 second time out per half

4. Clock only stops during foul shots in the last minute of each half, all 2 point shooting fouls will be 1 point and 1 shot. 3 point shooting foul 2 points and 1 shot.

5. 2 minutes for half time.

6. Clock is running clock if a team is up by more than 15 points.

7. Each team has to provide a person to either run clock or do the book.

8. Overtime will be 2:00, if tied after that it will be sudden death.

9. There is a 5 foul limit per player.
