You may think lunch is just a social period, but as a matter of fact, it is really important for your health. A healthy lunch can provide you with a solid foundation to focus. It can also give you energy to complete a successful school day. Without eating a nutritious lunch, you can suffer low energy levels, feeling sluggish or tired, little motivation to engage in physical activities (gym or after school sports or even after school activities), and a decline in your academic performance. A healthy lunch includes a fruit, vegetable, protein, like fish or any other low-fat meat. And do not forget to drink your milk!
