I’m writing to share a brief update about my fees at The Healing Dynamics in Carmel, Indiana.
My fees have remained unchanged since January 2024. From Monday, January 12, 2026, there will be a modest adjustment in prices for both manual osteopathy and genuine homeopathy consultations.
Over the past two years, the cost of running a small, one-person holistic practice has increased steadily. This includes:
General inflation and cost of living
Office rent and utilities
Practice software and online tools (for scheduling, documentation, and communication)
Ongoing seminars, professional training, supervision, and travel, which I consider essential for maintaining and deepening the quality of my work
Rather than shortening visits or increasing the daily volume of appointments, I am making a 7–10% adjustment in fees. This allows me to keep sessions unhurried and individualized, and to continue investing in advanced study in both manual osteopathy and genuine homeopathy.
The updated fees will apply to all appointments scheduled on or after Monday, January 12, 2026.
Manual Osteopathy
• Osteopathy Treatment Session (30 minutes): $70
Homeopathy – Initial Consultations
• Homeopathy Initial Therapeutic Focus Consultation (1 hour): $195
• Homeopathy Initial Comprehensive Consultation (2 hours): $325
Homeopathy – Follow-Up Consultations
• Homeopathy Follow-up Consultation Standard (Over 6 Weeks Post-Consultation, 45 minutes): $110
• Homeopathy Follow-up Consultation (2–6 Weeks Post-Consultation, 30 minutes): $70
• Homeopathy Extended Follow-up Consultation (60 minutes): $140
Homeopathy – Acute Consultation
• Homeopathy Acute Consultation (20 minutes): $55
Although the fees are changing slightly, several important things remain the same:
• The work remains holistic, individualized, and Hahnemannian in spirit and method.
• Session lengths and structure remain as listed (no shortening of visits to compensate for rising costs).
• I continue to limit the number of daily appointments to keep enough time and attention for each person.
• I remain committed to ongoing study, seminars, and professional supervision, so that your care benefits from both traditional foundations and current clinical experience.
I understand that any increase in fees can be challenging. I do not make these decisions lightly.
If this adjustment creates a significant financial difficulty for you, please feel free to contact me directly. Within what is sustainable for the practice, I will do my best to explore possible options (for example, choosing the most suitable type of consultation or adjusting follow-up frequency).
